HAVARTI CLOUD BREAD

3 large eggs, room temperature, separated

pinch cream of tartar

pinch sea or table salt

¾ cup | 175 mL Arla® Herbs and Spice Havarti Cheese, grated

1 tbsp | 15 mL mixed fresh herbs, like rosemary, thyme, parsley, finely chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tarter and salt: continue to beat until Stiff peaks form; set aside. In another separate bowl beat egg yolks until pale yellow and doubled in size; stir in Havarti Cheese.

With a spatula, gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk/cheese mixture.

Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Dollop large spoonfuls of batter onto sheet. Any size is acceptable; we used burger bun sized dollops; approximately 2” apart.

Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper and fresh herbs.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and firm. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
